High Protein Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Drinks like Boost and Ensure contain tons of processed ingredients. Here’s a protein-rich smoothie you can whip up at home with only four ingredients.


½ banana, fresh or frozen

1 tbsp almond butter (no sugar added)

1 cup 1% milk

½ cup strawberry, fresh or frozen

Ice (optional)


Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Once it appears blended, blend for 10-15 seconds longer to ensure there are no clumps. Serve immediately.
